That's what the iCal technology is for. Almost all platforms with instant booking capability allow this synchronization of booking calendars. All you have to do is exchange and save a link and both platforms will be synchronized almost in real time. The Bookiply team will of course help the hosts to set up these iCals.

Yes, discounts can be configured in the Bookiply tool. These are valid permanently across all defined seasons. An early bird discount percentage can be set starting from a certain number of days that the customer books in advance. A last minute discount can be set for bookings with arrival at short notice. Holiday accommodations with a discount are listed preferentially on the travel portals with a mostly conspicuous notice. Therefore, vacation homes with a configured discount receive on average 20% more bookings. If both discount types are set, even 44% more bookings.

Yes, this can be defined in the Bookiply Tool for each season. Traditionally, many vacation homes allow arrival and departure on any day during the low season, whereas during the high season it is often only on Saturdays. This can be configured in the Bookiply Tool, but Bookiply advises against setting too rigid rules for arrival and departure. Many vacationers consciously choose to go on vacation during the week to avoid the typical travel weekends with many traffic jams.

Yes, there is a manual blocker for this purpose, which each host can simply enter into the calendar. No booking is then possible during this period. This blocker can easily be removed and the accommodation will be bookable again.
